Your Privacy Matters to Us

Effective date: 10 August 2026

SEO Solutions respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information we collect, hold, and process. This Privacy Policy explains how we treat the personal information of our customers and website visitors, and how we comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013) ("POPIA") and the POPI Regulations.

"Personal information" means information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person (for example a company). In plain terms, we collect and handle your data lawfully, transparently, and for clearly stated purposes — and nothing more than we need.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your personal information is only used for the purpose for which it was collected

  • Consent — you have given us clear permission to process your information for a specific purpose;
  • Performance of a contract — processing is necessary for the services you have asked us to deliver;
  • Legal obligation — processing is required to comply with the law;
  • Legitimate interests — processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, or those of a third party, and does not override your rights and freedoms.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We never sell your personal information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it only with trusted operators (processors) who help us run our business, such as:

  • Our hosting, email, and website infrastructure providers;
  • The provider of our embedded chatbot (CloudST Chatforge), which stores chatbot conversations so we can respond to you;
  • Analytics and advertising platforms (Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity);
  • Payment and invoicing providers, where applicable.

Where we engage operators, we conclude contracts that require them to protect your personal information to at least the same standard required by POPIA. We may also disclose information where required by law or a court order.

We take reasonable, practical steps to keep your information safe

Security Safeguards

We secure our website with HTTPS, restrict access to personal information to authorised personnel only, and implement technical and organisational measures to guard against loss, damage, or unauthorised access.
