Welcome to SEO Solutions. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a client.

1. Payment Terms

• For website and web development projects, a 60% upfront payment is required. The balance is due upon final approval or as per a mutually agreed arrangement.
• For subscription and one-time SEO, PPC, or Reputation Management services, 100% payment is required upfront.
• For social media design, payment is required upfront.
• All payments must be made before work commences or as per the agreed schedule.

2. Project Process & Timelines

• Turnaround times are based on the client supplying all requirements as agreed.
• Clients have 3 business days to review updates and provide feedback.
• Requests for new features or significant changes will require a new quote and 100% upfront payment for the additional work.
• New features or changes will not be added to the existing invoice.

3. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights

• SEO Solutions reserves the right to showcase and sign websites it creates as part of its portfolio and marketing materials.
• All intellectual property rights remain with SEO Solutions until full payment is received.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and access credentials in a timely manner.
• Delays in providing required materials may impact project timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

• SEO Solutions is not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business as a result of using our services.
• We do not offer hosting solutions. Clients are responsible for their own hosting arrangements.

6. Amendments

• SEO Solutions reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
